🔄 14-day return without giving a reason!

Under consumer law, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquired physical possession of the product.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in undamaged condition
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (invoice/receipt)
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer

How to Return?

  1. Contact us via email: contact@go4snowboard.pl
  2. Inform us of your intention to return, providing your order number
  3. You will receive confirmation and return shipping address
  4. Pack the product securely and send it to the provided address
  5. After receiving and verifying the product, we will refund within 14 days

Refund

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different solution.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or until you provide proof of its return.

Refund is processed after positive verification of the returned product's condition.

Complaints

If the product received is defective or not as described, you have the right to file a complaint under applicable consumer protection laws.

To file a complaint:

  2. Describe the problem and attach photo documentation
  3. Provide order number and purchase date

Complaints are processed in accordance with applicable law.

Important Information

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized
  • The Seller may refuse to accept a return of a product that shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product
  • The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product
